30 year real estate veteran setting sites on Trilith
Ever since getting his real estate license back in 1994, Realtor Craig Levine has enjoyed driving around metro Atlanta and discovering great neighborhoods. His love for real estate goes back even further to the days when as a child his parents would strap him into the back seat of the car and take young Craig for a drive around his prospering home town of Pomona, New York affording him the opportunity to take in the beautiful homes that were being built, nearby. Years later, his dad who had several hobbies, bought Craig a Minolta Maxxum 7000 camera (a ground-breaking camera in the day that featured integrated auto focus and a motorised film advance) that picqued Craig’s interest in photography. He and his dad would drive around shooting nature and of course, real estate and then would come back home and develop the shots in a home-based darkroom. Craig’s father was handy and would build and fly RC planes, as well, occasionally letting Craig take the helm.
Craig Levine credits his parents with developing his passion for real estate and his love for photography and film production. In 2014, Craig intertwined the two and started up Georgia Drone Services, a company that specializes in aerial real estate and construction photography. Today, he utilizes the business to showcase his own listings, is frequently asked to photograph other agent’s listings and regularly shoots major construction projects from start to finish for builders and developers all over the south. Craig still enjoys driving throughout metro Atlanta and discovering projects that deserve attention and fanfare.
In late 2023, Craig was shooting a project for a builder in Fairburn and afterward, decided to head down to Fayetteville to check out Trilith. It was the first time that he had the opportunity to drive through the unique European-styled neighborhood that had so many cool features and amenities. Craig was enthralled with the architectural design of the homes and the abundance of character throughout the wonderful community. So different from many of the cookie-cutter subdivisions that he was used to selling in. He also loved the fact that there were so many little parks, greenspace and gathering areas for the residents to share and enjoy, together. With amenities like a resort pool, tennis and pickleball, basketball, pingpong, miles of walking trails, a really cool dog park, plus the fact that you have a plethora of restaurants, shops, a hotel, a 50,000 square foot state of the art gym, brand new movie theater PLUS Georgia’s largest film production studio on site, Craig was truly amazed. What an incredible community he had stubled upon. Craig was so impressed that he decided to create a real estate website solely devoted to Trilith and to start learning and visiting it as much as possible. Craig Levine has plans to put his 30 years of real estate experience to work for the owners in Trilith and to start marketing the community to his vast sphere of clients and potential customers looking to buy into the unique lifestyle afforded by Trilith.
